Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Rebootr (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.
1. Who Can Use the App
The App is intended for users 13 years and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
If you are 13–17, you should use the App with a parent or guardian’s consent where required by law.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address and authentication details when you sign in with Apple, Google, or phone number.
- Subscription Information: Plan type, renewal status, and transaction metadata necessary to validate your purchase (processed by Apple or Google).
- App Activity: Daily check-ins, wins, streaks, triggers, challenges, usage metrics, and in-app preferences (e.g., notification settings, display options).
- Device & Diagnostics: Device type, operating system, App version, crash logs, performance data, and general interaction information.
- Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting support.
3. Sensitive Content & User Logs
We do not collect or store pornographic media.
Data you log (e.g., urges, triggers, wins, streaks) is used to provide App functionality such as progress tracking, reminders, and personalized suggestions.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App.
- Personalize features and track progress.
- Validate subscriptions and manage premium access.
- Communicate with you about the App, including service notices and optional notifications.
- Monitor security, detect abuse, and prevent fraud.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
Where applicable, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or consent for certain notifications or data practices.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
- Service Providers: Including Supabase (data storage/auth), Apple or Google (billing and sign-in), analytics and crash-logging providers, and other vendors operating under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal & Compliance: If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Associated personal information will be deleted or de-identified within 30 days, subject to legal requirements.
9. Your Rights & Choices
- Access, Correction, Deletion: You may request access to or deletion of your data and update certain information in the App.
- Notifications: Control notifications in Settings or at the device level.
- EEA/UK: You may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.
11. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe such information was provided, contact us so we can remove it.
For users 13–17, parental consent may be required in certain jurisdictions.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
