Terms of Service
Welcome to Rebootr, a mobile application designed to support users in building daily habits, logging wins, and reducing pornography use. By downloading, installing, or using the Rebootr mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are 13–17, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App where required by law.
The App is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the App.
2. Subscriptions & Billing (App Store / Google Play)
- Paid subscriptions are offered via the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Current pricing is $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year (subject to change; the price shown in the store at purchase applies).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. We cannot process cancellations or refunds directly; refunds are handled by the respective store’s policies.
3. App Features & Use
The App provides habit-building tools, porn-blocking tools (“Porn Shield”), daily logging, progress insights, and motivational content.
No Medical Advice. The App is for educational and self-improvement purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Porn Shield Disclaimer. Blocking technologies are not guaranteed to be 100% effective and may not filter all explicit or triggering content.
You agree not to misuse the App, including reverse engineering, attempting to access another user’s data, interfering with App operation, or using the App for unlawful purposes.
4. Accounts; Termination & Deletion
You may create an account using Apple, Google, or phone number authentication.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the App.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, content, features, trademarks, and branding are owned by Elevated Recovery, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services (including Apple, Google, Supabase, analytics, and crash-logging providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevated Recovery, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from or related to your use of the App.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elevated Recovery, LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico for any dispute not subject to arbitration (if applicable).
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
